Substitut Osseux biphasé malléable

 

In’Oss™ est une solution innovante et malléable pour la régénération osseuse, développée à partir de la technologie MBCP® 3,14,15. Elle est composée d’Hydroxyapatite (HA), de Phosphate Tricalcique Bêta (ß-TCP) et d’un hydrogel.12
Développé afin d’améliorer la malléabilité du produit lors des interventions3.15, In’Oss™ s’adapte à toutes formes de site de comblement osseux.3,14,15
In’Oss™ préserve la forme initiale du site et le volume osseux3,14,15. Il est progressivement absorbé en quelques mois et remplacé par un os vitalisé et architecturé.7,8,14

Les macropores sont un réseau d’espaces interconnectés qui favorisent l’infiltration biologique et la colonisation cellulaire par les ostéoblastes et les ostéoclastes, au coeur du matériau.
Orthopédie et maxillo-facial:
Il est destiné à être utilisé en tant que greffe osseuse pour remplir ou reconstruire des défauts osseux ou des lacunes du système squelettique (par exemple, extrémités, colonne vertébrale et bassin, dentaire) qui ne sont pas intrinsèques à la stabilité de la structure osseuse. Les défauts osseux peuvent survenir à la suite d’un traumatisme ou de défauts créés chirurgicalement.
Il peut être utilisé pour augmenter un volume d’autogreffe.
