In the conduct of its activities, Biomatlante, as controller, is therefore liable to collect and process personal data concerning its employees and business contacts (customers, prospects, suppliers, advisers, etc.).
In accordance with the French “Informatique & Libertés” Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by Act no. 2014-344 of 17 March 2017, and with European Regulation no. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”) which entered into force on 25 May 2018, you have the right to information and to the rectification, erasure and portability of your data. Biomatlante stores the majority of such data in France (using its own infrastructures or those of its partners). Only commercial data is stored at Microsoft’s datacenters (affiliated to the Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome).

This Policy, which is designed to strengthen and sustain our relationship of trust as well as to fulfil our obligations under GDPR, is placed under the responsibility of Biomatlante’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at email@example.com.
