In the conduct of its activities, Biomatlante, as controller, is therefore liable to collect and process personal data concerning its employees and business contacts (customers, prospects, suppliers, advisers, etc.).

Biomatlante reserves the right to modify this Personal Data Protection Policy, where necessary, in order to comply with any changes in laws and regulations or any changes in Biomatlante's practices and procedures and in response to requests made by the supervisory authorities. Biomatlante stores the majority of such data in France (using its own infrastructures or those of its partners). Only commercial data is stored at Microsoft's datacenters (affiliated to the Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/welcome).
Personal data security and confidentiality is also reliant on the best practices adopted by everyone. For this reason, we ask you to contribute actively to the protection of your personal data by adopting an appropriate behaviour.
Data collected by Biomatlante may be disclosed to its authorised staff, its partners or its ancillary service providers, exclusively within the framework of its corporate purpose. In particular, data will not be sold or otherwise made available to any person for any use other than the purposes initially envisaged.
In accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection, you can, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure of your data as well as your rights of restriction of processing and objection to processing and your right to the portability of your personal data. Biomatlante will respect these rights concerning
your personal information, unless otherwise provided by law.
If you wish to exercise these rights, you will need to send an email to privacy@biomatlante.com specifying, in the subject field, "Rights of individuals" and attaching evidence of your identity.
As far as the use of your data for marketing purposes is concerned, you will continue to receive our communications (offers, invitations, information, etc.) but you can choose to unsubscribe by clicking on the corresponding link at the foot of each communication or by sending an email to privacy@biomatlante.com.
This Policy, which is designed to strengthen and sustain our relationship of trust as well as to fulfil our obligations under GDPR, is placed under the responsibility of Biomatlante's Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at privacy@biomatlante.com. Our DPO carries out regular conformity checks, reviews and updates the data protection procedures in place and, where applicable, organises training on data protection awareness and information security.
